The Show
No Fault Found is a podcast about the big ideas behind everyday IT, from two people who have spent their careers fixing it.
The name is the code you close a ticket with when the thing that broke yesterday works perfectly today and nobody can say why. It closes the ticket. It does not close the problem. That gap is roughly where the show lives.
One big idea an episode, picked apart properly: where it came from, what it costs the people who have to run it and whether it survives contact with a Tuesday afternoon. No vendor scripts, no acronym bingo, no pretending the industry is tidier than it is.
